Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within the national territory:
- Shipping within mailand Spain is free of charge!
- Shipments to the Balearic Islands have an additional shipping cost
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla
- It is not possible for the buyer to pick goods up directly
Delivery times:
- The average delivery time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) in mainland Spain and 2-3 working days for the Balearic Islands.
- In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment is not made until it is received
- In case of shipping delays, such as the product not being available at that time, you will be informed immediately
- Delivery times are not binding as it is an external service
The shipment of a product will be made the same day of the order if:
- If payment is received by 09:00 (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays)
- If you select immediate payment (PayPal or credit card) and
- If the wares are available (excluding out of stock items, items with set delivery dates and pre-orders).
All amounts on this site include VAT.
The stated delivery times only apply to items shown in the online shop as in stock.
