Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural entity entering into a transaction for purposes that are neither commercial nor professional in nature.

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to contact us (Ibérica de Distribuciones online del Hogar, SLU, Méndez Álvaro 20,Madrid 28045, Phone: +34 912907933, email: mail@idoh.es) with a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the withdrawal template below, but this is not mandatory.

 

To comply with the withdrawal period, you only have to send the declaration of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to immediately refund you any payment that we have already received from you, including delivery costs (but not including any additional costs if you chose any other delivery method than the cheapest method offered by us) within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which we received your declaration of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged for this refund. We can refuse to refund you until we have received the wares or you have provided other evidence that you have dispatched the wares, whichever is earlier.

 

You must return the wares to us immediately, or within fourteen days at the latest, from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. This deadline shall be considered upheld as long as you have sent the wares within fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the wares.

 

You must only cover any possible reduction of the goods’ value if this is traced back to you after an inspection of the product’s quality, properties and function.
